New Writing Partner
Sorry I missed the last 2 post days. I have been preparing for my new writing buddy.
A few weeks ago I realized I really needed a writing buddy. I was looking for a certain type of buddy this time around and began to watch a few sites hoping to find someone. I came across and ad for "Mia" but really didn't know how to contact her although I felt she would be a wonderful writing partner.
Since I didn't know how to contact this "Mia", I decided to go to a meeting for friends last Saturday. Everyone there was a novice buddy and just did not seem to connect with me. Fortunately, one of the ladies there was friends with "Mia" and arranged for me to meet her later that evening.
"Mia" and I hit it off immediately. We quickly made arrangements for her to come to my house. I spent the entire weekend preparing the house for Mia's arrival. I finally picked her up Wednesday afternoon.
Isn't Mia Karma cute. She seems to have settled in nicely; although I haven't started writing yet (she keeps stealing my pens). She has taken over one of the lower shelves of my desk and likes to stretch out on my desk top while I am typing.

Thanks Dee. She's already started screening everything. While I was playing puzzle pirates last night (instead of writing), she cuffed me on the side of the head.

I'm so jealous! A new snuckums to love on. Um.. don't tell Bridget that or I'm in for a hissingly bad time with my bossy cat.
She's beautiful! And you know siameses are very smart too. I'm sure she'll keep you in line.
